    With the warm weather finally rolling in please be advised that faculty and staff have been provided with heat and hydration guidelines again this school year.  There are specific requirements in place that are based on national guidelines in relation to reduced activity levels and increased access to water when it's warm outside and in. 

    Our last awards assembly of the school year, with presentations of 4th and 5th grade academic and specials awards, as well as K-5 very good and excellent attendance awards, will occur at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 25th.  We'll make our best efforts to notify parents and guardians of award recipients.  Our 5th-to-6th grade Moving Up Ceremony will take place immediately following the awards ceremony, at approximately 10:45 a.m. on the same day/date.

    If you are interested in serving on a voluntary committee for the coming school year, (Safety Committee, Character Education Committee, Building Level Planning Team, Playground Committee), please submit you name and best days and times for you to meet, as well as which committee interests you.  (Meetings are typically limited to once-per-month, with some addtional follow-up activities, in-between, as needed.)

    We are still fundraising to replace a shade tree on our playground.  About $150 has been raised toward our goal of $250. There is a collection box in the main lobby, or our "wishing well" is also still open to donations!
