Welcome to Food Services

Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand.

We encourage your child(ren) to take advantage of our breakfast program, which can be enjoyed upon arrival at school. For the 2024-25 school year breakfast will be free to all students.  If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact Larry Anthony, Food Service Director @ 518-398-7181 x1351 or email l.anthony@ppcsd.org

Additionally, the District has been approved by the New York State Education Department to provide a complete breakfast and lunch, at no charge, to all of our students in all of our buildings starting Monday, January 8, 2024.

Your child is eligible for one wholesome breakfast and lunch every school day. No application is needed! Free meals are available to all students, regardless of financial circumstance.

For a la carte menu items:

Pine Plains Central School District's Food Service Department is excited to provide parents with NutriKids, a convenient, easy, and secure online prepayment service to deposit money into your child's school meal account at any time. This service also provides parents with the ability to view each child's account balance through a website called MySchoolBucks. By having money in each child's account prior to entering the cafeteria, we find the lunch lines move along much faster so your child has more time to eat and be with friends. Click on the icon for MySchoolBucks for more information or to enroll.
