In accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Pine Plains Central School District has inspected all of its facilities for the presence of asbestos containing building materials (ACBMs). Pine Plains Central School District maintains an Asbestos Management Plan to effectively manage all ACBMs that remain in agency buildings. During the past school year, periodic surveillances of all ACBMs were performed at six-month intervals.
